Getting started with My PowerPak is as easy as 1-2-3
1. Sign up for a free account
To get started, all you need is an email address and some basic information that will help us create your personal profile
Whether you’re interested in receiving support or you received an invitation from an existing user, creating an account and setting up your personal profile will help you connect with your My PowerPak community. All profile information you provide is private except for your name and email address which are used to help you verify the identity of users you invite and vice versa.
2. Create a PowerPak Page
Setting up a PowerPak Page establishes a hub that will be the heart of your support community, giving you access to page-specific features like the journal, calendar, chat and wishlist
You can create a PowerPak Page for yourself or someone who you are providing care for. Personalize your page with words and images so people know the story behind the page and your Champion. Any My PowerPak user may create and/or be a member of multiple pages simultaneously and can easily switch between any of the pages that they manage or support within the app.
3. Rally friends and family
Invite members to join your PowerPak Page via text, social media, email, etc., using a sharable link unique to each page you create
At the end of the PowerPak Page creation process, you will be given a unique invitation link that can be set to ‘public’ or ‘private.’ This allows you to control whether anyone who accesses your link automatically enters the page, or if each person must be approved by you. Once invitees begin joining your page you are ready to take full advantage of all that My PowerPak has to offer.

CHAMPIONS
“Champions” are the individuals who receive care or support on our platform. The Champion role is established automatically when a PowerPak Page is created.
GUARDIANS
“Guardians” are the primary individual(s) helping the Champion manage their PowerPak Page and have access rights to administrative features within a page.
SUPPORTERS
Supporters are the individuals who provide support for the Champion through activity on their PowerPak Page.

This new role is often accompanied by moments of friction—both expected and unexpected—that can make an already difficult situation feel overwhelming. My PowerPak, having been created with this situation in mind, is designed to reduce friction for caregivers by helping them rally the support of other compassionate individuals.
